In 1968-69 the Teacher's Training College in Kenema was nearing closing and the HRSS Secondary School opened with one form (Form I) and about 30 students. In 1969-70 HRSS expanded to two forms and at this point with expansion they began a construction project documented here, The man on the right in the blue shorts was named Joseph Carpenter (Joseph Fobie) by the sisters. The other men were hired for the construction job. The man at the left is the boss.
