 This photo, taken in the Joro market (in Dama Chiefdon where fellow Peace Corps volunteers Charlie Goudis and Jay Clark lived) shows a woman selling "dry bunga" (dried fish).  Added to a rice meal, this locally caught and dried fish, although not very attractive looking, would add a unique and tasty addition to a rice meal. [the above Krio title is: a little pepper, and little salt, and dried fish are a good match]
