A Village on the Kabala-Kurobonla Road - March 1969

I was impressed by the size of these Cotton Trees (the one still standing was the tallest I had seen in the North; the one down also had a story to tell - unfortunately I never found out why it was down). I am not sure of the name of this village but it may be the village of Gberia Timbako. I am also not sure what the young boys were selling (whatever it was sits on the ground to their right in the photo - and they also have some in their hands). However when I went to take the picture they rushed out to the road to be in the shot. [click on photos to enlarge]
