March 1970This photo of our Kuranko mountain guide was taken at the top of Mt. Bintimani (height 6391'). Where I took this photo is the actual summit which stands like a rock plateau at the top of the mountain. I am looking down to our guide. Our "base camp" was probably 500 feet below the summit (not seen in this picture).
